At FST Primary Schools Federation we provide wrap around care and extracurricular clubs as part of the extended school offer. Places are allocated to children that attend full-time education. If there are available spaces, we do accept nursery children, but they must be 4 years old. On some occasions we do accept children who are 3 years old, however, this must be preauthorised.  We regularly review our wrap around care offer to meet the needs of the families in our schools. As a school we aim to provide wrap around care from 8am until 6pm, where this is required.

 

Booking a place
All places for wrap around care or extra-curricular activities should be booked via ParentPay.  Places must be booked by Friday the week before and places are limited for each session. Wrap around care booking requires prepaid upfront through ParentPay when booking. Our Wrap Around Care and Extra-Curricular Club Policy can be found on the policies section of our school website.

 

Breakfast Club
In the morning breakfast club is available in school Monday – Friday, this will include a choice of breakfast options until 8.30am. Breakfast club provides a calm start to the day, where children can complete activities such as reading, building and drawing.

After School Club
After school club is available in school Monday – Friday, this will include a substantial snack. After school club provides a relaxed end to the school day, which is interest based. Activities can include, playing outside, reading, crafts, building and watching a movie.

Extra-curricular Clubs
Extra-curricular clubs will run from Monday to Friday during term-time.  These will be available throughout the school year. You can find out more information about the clubs we offer from the weekly bulletins. Extra-curricular clubs we have previously run:

• Forest schools
• Sports clubs- dance, energy, rounders, tennis, cricket, dodgeball, football
• Science and experiments club
• Maths club
• Arts and crafts
